Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order any time up to and including fourteen (14) days after delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order then please email info@theknittersyarn.com within 14 days and give your order number, details and inform us of your wish to cancel the order. In the event that your order has not been sent, then a credit for the goods ordered will be applied to the same credit card or payment method that was originally used. If you are cancelling your order after the goods have been sent to you then in order to be eligible for a return, the items must be returned unused, as new, and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please include in the returns package an order number, and/or a receipt and/or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the original shipping costs and the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit so please ensure you use a recorded delivery service and insure the items for their value and keep proof of postage.

 

Returns

You have the right to return the items ordered for a period of 15 days after receipt as from placing your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused, as new, and in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt.

If you wish to return your items for a refund, please email info@theknittersyarn.com  and give your order number, details and state that you wish to return the items.

Some goods are exempt from being able to be returned:

Personalised or tailor-made items

Gift Cards

Downloadable products

Printed items such as patterns, books and magazines

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to the credit card used and/or the original method of payment used within 14 days. The refund will cover the full amount less any postage costs payable.

If the product was returned because it was faulty, the wrong item, or damaged, then provided you notify us within 7 days of the receipt of the goods we will happily reimburse any delivery costs incurred in the return of such merchandise and, if required, we will send out replacement items at no cost to you. Please include a description of any damage with your returns.
