Learn to Crochet Workshop

Crochet is becoming increasingly popular and this is the perfect opportunity to learn to crochet with Rowan tutor, Melanie Boocock.

In this session you will

• Learn how to hold hook and yarn comfortably in order to achieve a consistent tension.
• Become familiar with abbreviations and terminology in order to be able to follow a pattern.
• Practise basic stitches and techniques
• Make a Granny Square
• Gain confidence in following a simple pattern.

The workshop costs £55 and includes tuition, a light lunch(choice of sandwiches) and refreshments throughout the day.
